The ongoing crisis in Gaza, occupied Palestine is deeply concerning and heartbreaking. The recent bombing by Israeli forces that resulted in the loss of 13 lives is a tragic reminder of the urgent need for peace and an immediate ceasefire.

The escalating violence in the region is causing immense suffering and destruction for the people of Gaza, who have already endured years of conflict and displacement. Innocent civilians, including children and women, are being killed and injured in the violence.

It is imperative that we call on all parties involved in the conflict to immediately halt hostilities and engage in dialogue towards a peaceful resolution.

A ceasefire is necessary to allow for humanitarian aid to reach those in need, and to prevent further loss of life and destruction.

The only way to achieve lasting peace and security for all parties involved is through a negotiated settlement that addresses the underlying causes of the conflict. It is essential that all stakeholders, including international actors, work together to promote and facilitate a peaceful and just solution to the crisis.

We stand in solidarity with the people of Gaza and urge all parties to exercise restraint, prioritize the protection of civilians, and engage in meaningful efforts toward a lasting peace.
