Recent reports have suggested that Russia may turn towards nuclear warfare. 

The threat of warfare proposes total destruction and the annihilation of millions.

This cannot be an option. 

There must be peace negotiations between both sides of the conflict to secure the safety of both Ukrainians and Russians.
