Gun violence in the United States occurs at an exponential rate.
Thirty-three mass shootings occurred in the United States in 2023.
Recently, in Monterrey, California, a mass shooting happened at a Chinese New Year party, killing ten people.
Within days, three other mass shootings have happened in the United States.
Without at least stricter rules on gun access, these mass shootings will only exasperate.
We at the Europe Peace Foundation stand against gun violence and call for new legislation on gun access and control in the United States and the world.
