We at the Europe Peace Foundation believe that for there to be a peaceful society justice must prevail and fair trials must take place.

Fair trials in court must take place to respect the victims of the crimes.
We look to international courts to carry out fair trials that hold abusers no matter who they are or their status.
We need meaningful justice for victims and survivors so that crimes are not repeated.
If a crime is not recognized, if abuse is not recognized, if a murder is not recognized as something to be punished then it could easily be repeated.
