Mr. KC’s Statement on Pakistan–Afghanistan Peace Talks
3 December 2025 – Afghanistan’s Taliban administration and Pakistan have agreed only to maintain a ceasefire in their recent peace talks. Meanwhile, violence in both nations continues to surge across multiple regions, and the rise in civilian casualties remains a grave concern. All forms of violence must end immediately, particularly in the border areas.
I have always offered my mediation to help bring peace to the region. I once again call on both nations to pursue a lasting and meaningful peace, with no further conflict on either side. The people of both countries deserve peace, stability, and development.
