Statement by Mr. K.C. on the Deadly Russian Attack on Ukraine

Wednesday, 22 October 2025 – According to media reports today, Russian attacks on Ukraine have killed many innocent civilians, including children. I strongly condemn this attack and call for an immediate end to this war.

I firmly denounce Russia’s ongoing assaults on civilians and civilian infrastructure, which represent a deliberate escalation and undermine efforts toward peace. Despite years of intense fighting since the full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the civilian population continues to suffer heavily.

I have repeatedly appealed for an unconditional ceasefire and urge both countries to come to the peace table immediately. Peace is the only solution. The people of both nations desire lasting peace and stability.
