Mr. KC – Remarks on the Board of Peace for Gaza

Friday, February 20, 2026 – I sincerely appreciate the initiative of U.S. President Donald Trump in establishing the Board of Peace (BoP) for Gaza, with the aim of achieving lasting peace, stability, and reconstruction in the region.

While similar initiatives have been introduced many times in the past without fully achieving their objectives, I remain hopeful that the Board of Peace will make meaningful progress. In addition to the governments around the world that have joined the BoP, I would like to express my readiness to cooperate from the perspective of international organizations. I am also advancing my own initiative, Global Peace 2030, in support of long-term peace efforts, with the vision of achieving a truly peaceful world by 2030.

Above all, I strongly call for an immediate and total ceasefire in Gaza. Despite ceasefire agreements, innocent people continue to suffer and lose their lives. Ending the violence must be the first and most urgent priority.

Support for Global Peace 2030 is not about supporting me personally — it is about supporting peace for humanity.
